Bodii Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bodii. We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping within the United States is $5.99 per order, unless otherwise stated at checkout or as part of a promotional offer.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–17 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at shop.bodii.1@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has begun processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at shop.bodii.1@gmail.com so we can investigate the shipment.
